Shipping Fees

Shipping Information
Athlete Central ships Australia Wide, including all remote and rural regions. All orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are despatched that same day. Orders placed over the weekend or public holidays are despatched on the next business day. A confirmation email will be sent to your inbox once your order has left our warehouse. The products you purchase are all instock and ready for immediate despatch. Please note in the rare instance, heavy or large volume orders shipping to remote regions or islands of Australia may incur a surcharge.

Delivery Address: Home or Work?
Courier deliveries occur between the work hours of 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. We strongly recommend that the delivery address you supply is your work address, or any address where somebody will be available to sign for the delivery within these hours.

Do You Ship To PO Boxes or Australia Post Parcel Lockers?
Yes, Athlete Central now ships to PO Boxes. If you are unable to supply your workplace address, or nobody will be home during business hours to sign for the delivery, we would be happy to ship your order to your PO Box address for a fast and efficient delivery. Unfortunatey we do not ship to Parcel Lockers.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt
In the event that nobody is available to sign for the delivery, a "sorry we missed you" card will be left on the premises with information on collecting your item. To avoid delays in receiving your order, customers are advised to use an address (such as a work address) where somebody will be available to sign for the delivery during working hours.

Can You Leave My Parcel At The Front Door If Nobody Is Home?
Due to theft, Athlete Central highly recommends parcels not to be left at the front door if nobody is home. If you would like to have your parcel left on the premises if nobody is home at the time of delivery however, that is no problem at all. Please let us know by writing this at the checkout in the comments section. Please note that by advising Athlete Central to leave your order on the premises without a signature, the customer accepts full responsibility for all lost/stolen parcels, No Exceptions!

Do You Provide A Tracking Number For My Parcel?
Yes, all orders are shipped with a tracking number. A confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to your inbox once your order has shipped from our warehouse. You can also log in to your Athlete Central account to check the current status of your order. If you have not received a tracking number, please be sure to also check your emails "junk mail" folder, as it may have landed there depending on your email settings.

Delivery Time
Athlete Central strives to ensure all orders are shipped as fast as possible. The type of courier and service depends on the volume and weight of your order, aswell as the destination. We do our very best to ship your order by the fastest method possible. Athlete Central only use the industry leaders, the quality assured, tried and tested courier companies, to ensure that your items always arrive on time and without fuss. All transit times quoted below are 'working days'. This does not include weekends or public holidays.
